“Any way you measure it, Fiscal Year 2024–25 was a tremendous success. This is a testament to the strength of our team and the foundation ECVC was built on over the decades.”
— Jason Thomas, President & CEO
We’re proud to share ECVC’s Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2024–2025, a message from our President and CEO, Jason Thomas.
This past year marked a period of growth, transition, and impact across all areas of our organization. From launching new services like Pre-Employment Transition Services in local high schools, to producing and shipping more than 34 million batteries to support our nation’s military and emergency response efforts, our team has remained mission-focused and future-ready.
We also celebrated:
-
The successful promotion of long-time team member Ellen Jackson to Vice President of Customer Operations.
-
The creation of permanent scholarship endowments at ECU and Pitt Community College.
-
Our lowest employee turnover rate and highest employee engagement results in years.
-
Numerous community and industry engagements — from hosting legislators and chamber members to presenting at national conferences.
Perhaps most importantly, we continued to honor our mission:
To help persons with disabilities attain a higher quality of life through the achievement of their vocational goals.
