The event brought together employees, partners, community leaders, and friends to honor six decades of empowering individuals with disabilities through meaningful employment.

Highlights from the Evening
The night featured heartfelt reflections, powerful stories, and inspiring moments that showcased ECVC’s mission in action:
- Special Address from ECVC President and CEO – Our President and CEO, Jason Thomas, opened the night with reflections over ECVC’s 60 year history and recent areas of growth for the organization.
- Employee Success Story of the Year – We proudly recognized William Hippard, Sanitation Worker at Package Craft, as our 2025 Employee Success Story of the Year.
- Keynote Address by Lou Ferrigno – The legendary actor, motivational speaker, and former bodybuilder shared his story of overcoming hearing loss and turning challenges into strength. His message of perseverance and focusing on ability deeply resonated with our audience and perfectly embodied the spirit of National Disability Employment Awareness Month.
