Employment & Workforce Services
ECVC provides employment services designed to help individuals with disabilities prepare for, secure, and maintain meaningful employment in the community. Through one-on-one support, job readiness training, interview preparation, and post-hire coaching, individuals gain skills and confidence that lead to long-term success.
In 2025, these services resulted in dozens of successful community job placements and thousands of hours of direct labor performed by individuals with disabilities.
