Who is Eastern Carolina Vocational Center?
Eastern Carolina Vocational Center (ECVC) was founded in 1965 and has since become the largest employment services organization for people with disabilities in eastern North Carolina. ECVC currently operates from two locations. In Greenville, our corporate offices, manufacturing plant, and Custom Frame Shop are located at 2100 N. Greene Street.
Today, ECVC employs over 200 people and places an average of 85 people with disabilities in competitive employment every year.

Certifications
We have been ISO certified certified since January 2004 (ISO 9001:2015 as of 01/01/18) to manufacture wooden picture frames and battery terminal lugs as well as packaging, labeling and distribution of small batteries and cobalt drill bits. We have been CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) Accredited since 1977.
